LAD programme

Portsmouth City Council, in partnership with the local authorities shown below, has secured funding through the Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery Scheme (LAD) to offer funding to improve the energy efficiency of qualifying homes.

There is up to £10,000 of funding available per household for qualifying measures which improve the energy efficiency rating of a property. The programme has been set-up to provide funding for solid wall insulation and heat pumps but can also fund other energy efficiency improvements as a secondary measure.

​This scheme is operating on a first-come, first-served basis and until September 2021 only, so be sure to get your application in early.
